This was confirmed by a full source-code and live-browser audit of the site (checked: page loads, the client preference form, form submission, fonts, images, and the hosting platform). No analytics tool, tag manager, tracking pixel, or third-party embed is present anywhere on the site.
Because no non-essential cookies are set, no cookie consent banner is currently shown. Under UK PECR/GDPR rules, a consent banner is only required when non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies are used.
The client preference form link
Access to the private client preference form is controlled by a signed, time-limited link (a token in the page’s own URL), not by a cookie. Visiting that link does not set a cookie either.
